Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get complete access to all features in your plan from day one so you can evaluate real governance workflows — not a limited demo. Your card is only charged after the trial ends, and only if you choose to continue.
Can I change plans?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated so you only pay for what you use. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can manage your subscription from the billing portal in your account settings.
What is a "governed domain"?
A governed domain is a distinct operational workflow managed by GovernPlatform's state machine engine. The current domains are: Purchase Orders (PENDING_APPROVAL → CONFIRMED → IN_TRANSIT → RECEIVED), Credit Notes (DRAFT → PENDING_APPROVAL → APPROVED → APPLIED), and Invoice Posting (UNPOSTED → POSTED → VOIDED). Each domain enforces role-gated transitions, version-checked concurrency, and an immutable audit trail. New domains are added each sprint and become available to all plans.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes. Paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing — effectively getting 12 months of GovernPlatform for the price of 10. Annual plans are billed upfront and can be managed from your billing portal. Contact sales@governplatform.com to switch to annual billing or to discuss multi-year agreements.
